AquaFlask Warranty Information

At AquaFlask, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support for any manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Duration: The warranty covers a period of one year from the date of purchase.
  • Scope: The warranty only covers issues related to rust, moisture, and insulation.
  • Exclusions: Any damage due to usage, including but not limited to dents, scratches, or other physical damage, is not covered by the warranty. Please note, if any dents or paint defects are found, they must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to offer a replacement.

Replacement Parts:

If a replacement part is available, we are happy to offer a discount for it.

Please be advised that some specific parts for special collections, such as Dream, Kids, Trek, and Aurora, are not available in Australia.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If you believe your AquaFlask product has a defect covered under our warranty, please contact our customer service team with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photos of the product and the defect.

Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with options for repair or replacement.
